Over-The-Counter-Exchange Policy

At SoundsGood, we pride ourselves on providing the best products and services possible. As such, we are willing to put our money where our mouth is on this:
When one of SoundsGood's products (Sold and installed by SoundsGood) fails (as per manufacturers definition, not customer damaged) within the manufacturers warranty period, we will provide a replacement for you. You will get the same product that you had. If that product is no longer available, then you will get the newest model. Labour is a separate issue as we guarantee our labour for life. If it is not a labour warranty, then we will bill according for your replacement.
